Spring Whole Cow Ground Beef available for custom processing. Reserve your quarter/half now!

Although the Isle Farmers’ Market is going strong, we will not be planning regular visits there due to transportation costs. Instead, we’ve partnered with the Mille Lacs Food Coop in Isle to handle our MN Inspected meats. Right now we are offering whole cow ground beef (delicious & lean), Whole Hog Ground Pork (the most tasty ground pork in the world), and Whole Hog Fresh Brats (NO MSG, NO Fillers, Reduced salt, Natural Casings). These are even better than last years thanks to Kelly at Foley Locker who believed me when I told her our pork is delicious without any seasonings. We also have these available on the farm for pick-up by appointment. Prices:

Whole Cow Ground Beef: $4.36/#

Whole Hog Ground Pork: $4.39/#

We will also be partnering with Meat on Mille Lacs to provide graded and candled eggs. Prices at the stores may vary from on-farm sales.

We will market our products at the Farmers’ Market and the above stores, but we will also continue to sell direct off the farm. Buying your meat animals directly from us and having us arrange custom processing for you is still the least expensive way to stock your freezer. Eggs sold direct off the farm are ungraded or as I like to say they are ‘straight coop run’.

Last year, to avoid expensive operating loans, we asked for down payments at the time you place your order. The down payments remain:

Beef: $150/quarter

Chicken: $5/bird

Pork: $150/half hog

Goat: $20/whole goat

Prices this year are subject to change and whenever possible this change will be downwards.
